Tim Spinner rose through the ranks in some of Philadelphia’s most prestigious restaurants getting his start at El Vez back in 2003. He then went on to open Amada and Distrito along side Iron Chef Jose Garces. From there he branched off with his business partner to open Cantina Feliz, La Calaca and Taqueria Feliz. Cantina and Calaca Feliz went on to be awarded 3 Bells from Philadelphia food critic Craig Laban. Taqueria Feliz has become a mainstay in Manayunk for the past 7 years.
Spinner’s love for the vibrant cuisine and adoring culture are translated through his menus. From the streets of Mexico City to the mountains of Puebla Spinner and his team built the foundations for Taqueria Amor.
After 25 years in the industry and 17 years running many of Philadelphia’s premier Mexican restaurants Spinner now resides in Lafayette Hill with his amazing wife and 5 wonderful children. Upon their 5th child Mack “Surprise” Spinner, Tim felt his own rebirth. It had always been a passion of his to branch off on his own and after the birth of #5, Spinner saw that as a unprecedented sign.
Chef Ann has been cooking in some of Philadelphia's finest kitchens including El Vez, Amada and Distrito for over 20 years. Ann pours her heart and soul into every single sauce she makes. Whatever you are eating-chances are her gifted hands have probably made it. Ann resides in South Philly with her super chill husband and karate kicking son.

Chef Guillermo "Memo" Pozos brings his vibrant and positive personality to the kitchen every day. Before coming to run the kitchen at Taqueria, Guillermo was the Chef de Cuisine at both Tinto and Village Whiskey. When he's not slinging tacos he loves to sling heavy weights and also spend time with his lovely wife and 2 children.

Max has been running the beverage program for 3 years at Taqueria. He's in charge of keeping you "Hydrated." Colonel Molseed loves to spend his free time creating beautiful abstract artwork.
Marty has worked all over the Philadelphia food scene. He's been running Taqueria for 3 years. When he's not at Taq he can be found driving all over the east coast with his fiance in search of the finest beers known to mankind.
